End User License Agreement

1 Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using any Reinwok product ("Product"), you confirm that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organization, "you" refers to that entity, and you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Product in accordance with the terms of the marketplace through which you obtained it (e.g., Atlassian Marketplace, monday.com).

The number of authorized users is determined by the license tier you have purchased or subscribed to on the applicable marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring that the number of users accessing the Product does not exceed your licensed amount.

3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product
• Create derivative works based on the Product
• Sublicense, resell, rent, or lease the Product to any third party
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Product
• Use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4 Intellectual Property

The Product, including all code, design, documentation, and content, is owned by Reinwok and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Product — it does not transfer ownership of any kind.

5 Your Data

Any data you create, import, or configure within the Product remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your content. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6 Third-Party Platforms

Our Products are designed to work with third-party platforms such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and monday.com. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of any third-party platform.

7 Support & Updates

We provide support and product updates in accordance with the support terms of the marketplace where you obtained the Product. We continually work to improve our products but do not guarantee that specific features will always be available.

8 Warranty Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do our best to deliver reliable, well-tested software, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free in every environment.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reinwok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

This Agreement remains in effect as long as you use the Product. We may terminate this Agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and remove all installed copies. Sections related to intellectual property, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11 Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the marketplace or by email. Continued use of the Product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
