1 What This Policy Covers

This privacy policy applies to all Reinwok products — whether you use them on Atlassian Marketplace, monday.com, or any other platform. It covers both personal information (like your name or email) and non-personal usage data.

We never sell your data. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us run our products, and they are bound by the same privacy standards.

2 What Data We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. The only personal information we receive is what the marketplace platform (e.g., Atlassian Marketplace, monday.com) shares with us when you evaluate or purchase our products — typically your name, email, and organization details.

Atlassian Forge apps: Our products built on Atlassian Forge run entirely within Atlassian's infrastructure. This means your project data never leaves Atlassian's servers and we have no access to it whatsoever. We do not collect, store, or process any of your Atlassian instance data for these products.

Atlassian Server & Data Center apps: Our products for Atlassian Server and Data Center are installed and run entirely on your own infrastructure. All data remains within your servers and we have no access to any of your instance data whatsoever. We do not collect, store, or process any data from your Server or Data Center installations.

Other platforms: For products on other platforms, our apps may store configuration and usage data needed to provide their features (such as schedules, worklogs, or settings you configure). This data belongs to you and your organization, and we do not access it for any purpose other than delivering the service.

3 How We Use Your Data

We use your information to provide and improve our products, respond to support requests, and send relevant product updates. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to understand usage patterns and improve our services — but this data can never be traced back to you.

4 Support & Log Files

When you reach out to our support team, we may ask you to share log files or screenshots to help diagnose an issue. Sharing these is always optional. Any data you provide is used solely to resolve your specific issue and is not retained longer than necessary.

5 Security

We take security seriously and follow industry best practices to protect your data. Our infrastructure uses encryption in transit and at rest, and we regularly review our security posture. 6 Cookies & Local Storage

Some of our browser-based products use cookies and local storage to remember your preferences and keep you signed in. We only use functional cookies that are necessary for the product to work — we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7 Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you or ask us to restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, just email us at support@reinwok.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8 Email Communications

We may send you product updates, tips, or important announcements related to the Reinwok products you use. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link — no hoops to jump through. You can also email us directly if you'd prefer to opt out.

9 Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as you have an active license or subscription. If you stop using our products, we retain your data for up to 12 months to support any follow-up needs, after which it is securely deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our products evolve. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom always reflects the most recent version.
