Calendar
The Calendar view displays Jira issues and custom events across eight layouts: Month, Week, All Week, Day, Basic Day, Agenda, Quarter, and Timeline. Create custom events with configurable event types, set up recurring schedules, and link events to Jira issues. Use JQL-based quick filters to narrow down displayed issues, drag and drop to reschedule, and export data to Excel.
Resource Timeline
The Resource Timeline view organizes Jira issues and custom events into resource rows grouped by Assignee, Project, Sprint, Epic, Fix Version, Component, or Custom Field. Choose from seven time scopes — Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Half-Year, Year (daily), and Year (monthly) — and view multiple timelines side by side for cross-team coordination. Create custom events with configurable event types, use JQL-based quick filters per timeline, and drag and drop events between resources and timelines.

Both views are part of the same app. Choose the one that fits your planning style:
- Calendar: Best for meetings, milestones, deadlines, and day-based scheduling. Events are organized by date with month, week, day, agenda, and timeline views.
- Resource Timeline: Best for resource planning, sprint capacity, release tracking, and cross-team coordination. Issues are organized by resource rows with configurable time scopes from a single day up to a full year.
Language Support Back to top
The app automatically detects your Jira language setting and displays the interface in the matching language. All UI elements, labels, navigation, and date formatting are fully localized.
